个人简介

天津理工大学物理科学与技术学院教授博士生导师天津市特聘教授,天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第层次入选者,天津市高校“中青年骨干创新人才培养计划”人选2007年博士毕业于南京大学凝聚态物理专业同年入职天津理工大学理学院。长期从事半导体、金属及复合材料的光学、电学、磁学及表界面物理特性研究,开展光电探测器、阻变存储器、光电突触器件等新型光电子与神经形态器件中的关键物理机制与工程技术问题,围绕类脑感知、智能视觉检测、边缘计算智能硬件等方向开展技术攻关与工程化应用。在Advanced Composites and Hybrid Materials, Advanced Optical Materials、Nano Energy、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Applied Surface Science等期刊发表论文100余篇。
