个人简介

天津理工大学物理科学与技术学院教师。2015年博士毕业于天津大学材料物理与化学专业，同年入职天津理工大学，任物理系教师。长期从事光电材料输运机理研究，在薄膜微结构精细调控、材料维度控制；结构表征和电子输运性质测量与分析；石墨烯及拓扑半金属等新型半导体薄膜输运理论研究方面取得多项成果，在Nanoscale、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B等期刊发表论文20余篇。
